Cancellations
We make every effort to be punctual for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you are scheduled for an appointment that you can't keep, please let us know as soon as possible, using the form on this page or by phone at (604) 583-4242 .
Since most of our appointments are scheduled 4 to 8 weeks in advance, we suggest that you cancel only when absolutely necessary.
Emergency Appointments
If you or your child have an emergency dental issue, please contact us right away, and we'll do our very best to get you in immediately.
